Purchases made online can be returned within 30 days of receipt, back to the original method of payment. For all online returns, please email hello@beyonderway.com with your order number and the item(s) which you are looking to return. Once we receive the return, the refund will be processed back to the original form of payment, and we are not able to make any exceptions. Return shipping costs back to our warehouse in Texas are the responsibility of the customer.
