While the definition of what is natural is forever evolving, we are committed to primarily using organic, plant-based or plant-derived ingredients whenever we can and whenever it is safe to do so.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS FOR ALL SKIN TYPES?
Beyonderway products are formulated for all skin types.

WHAT ARE THE EXACT INGREDIENTS IN YOUR PRODUCTS?

ARE THE PRODUCTS GLUTEN-FREE?
Currently all of our products are gluten free.
IS THE LINE VEGAN?
Currently all of our products are vegan.
HOW LONG DO THE PRODUCTS ONCE OPEN?
Our products last 12 months after being opened.
DO YOU USE FRAGRANCES IN YOUR PRODUCTS? IF SO, WHAT ARE THE SCENT USED IN THE LINE?
At Beyonderway, we never use synthetic fragrance. Our products are formulated with essential oils that are naturally derived. Read more about our EO Blends on the individual product pages and our Story page.
ARE ESSENTIAL OILS HARMFUL TO SKIN?
Used in high concentrations, essential oils can be both irritating and damaging to the skin. Essential oils are best used at low concentrations and are found in Beyonderway formulas to benefit your skin while providing a beautiful yet subtle fragrance.
IS THE LINE SAFE FOR USE DURING PREGNANCY AND WHILE BREASTFEEDING?
We always suggest consulting a doctor before adding a new product to your skincare regimen.
Sustainability
ARE YOU PRODUCTS CRUELTY-FREE?
Yes. None of the formulas and none of the raw materials are tested on animals and we are fully committed to using alternatives to animal testing to ensure the safety of our products. We are also proudly Leaping Bunny certified.
IS THE PACKAGING MADE OF RECYCLABLE AND/OR RECYCLED MATERIALS?
Mostly.
All of our bottles and tins are made from fully recyclable aluminum that is post industrial recycled.
All of our labels are fully recyclable and made from a blend of recycled paper and hemp.
We choose to not use cartons to avoid excess waste.
Our pumps are not recyclable, but we encourage you to rinse and reuse them. Otherwise, they can be thrown into the trash as they are not monomaterial (most pumps, unfortunately, are not and therefore cannot be recycled).

At the moment we only ship to the US and Canada.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Free shipping & returns within 30 days of your purchase.
SHIPPING TIME
Your Beyonderway order should be processed & shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase, and should arrive within 3-8 days of order. Please email hello@beyonderway.com if you have any additional questions.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
Orders received before 12pm PST are generally processed the same day, but we suggest anticipating a processing time of 24-48 maximum. Order placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be processed the following business day. Please allow 3-8 business days for standard shipping depending on your location.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $75, $8 for standard shipping, and $35 for rush 1–2-day shipping.
