Shipping

How fast do orders ship? Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Is shipping free? US orders over $75 ship free. Shipping for orders under $75 is calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, on request. Email hello@beyonderway.com with your destination and we'll confirm rates and timing. Duties and taxes, if any, are the recipient's responsibility.

What about Prime members? Amazon Prime members can use Buy with Prime on eligible products and get their Prime shipping benefits, including fast, free delivery.

Returns

What's your return policy? 30 days from delivery, and returns are free — we provide a prepaid return label. Opened and lightly used products are welcome; we make skincare and expect you to try it.

How do I start a return? Email hello@beyonderway.com with your order number and the item(s). We'll reply with a prepaid label and instructions.

Products & How to Use

Can I bring these on a plane? Yes — the whole line is built for carry-on. The Mist and Oil are under 100 ml, and the Balm and Wipes aren't subject to the liquids rule. It all fits in one bag.

How do the four products work together? Cleanse with the Wipes, rehydrate with the Mist, seal with the Oil, and use the Balm where skin gives out first — lips, hands, cuticles, dry patches. The Mist and Wipes share the same formula by design, so cleansing and rehydrating layer cleanly.

What are the Signature Essential Oil Blends? Blend No. 1 — in the Multipurpose Balm and Face & Body Oil — is helichrysum, frankincense, petitgrain and lavender, anchored by copaiba: grounding, resinous, quiet. Blend No. 2 — in the Mist and Wipes — is bergamot mint, coriander, lavender and pinyon pine: brighter and greener, made for a mid-day reset.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free? Everything is Leaping Bunny certified cruelty-free. The Mist, Oil and Wipes are vegan; the Balm contains beeswax, so it is not — we'd rather say that plainly than leave the word off.

Is this suitable for sensitive skin? All products are dermatologist tested and suitable for all skin types, including sensitive. As with any new product, patch test first if you are reactive. Every fragrance allergen above the EU disclosure threshold is named in the ingredient list, so you can check for anything you know you react to.

Can I use these products during pregnancy or breastfeeding? We can't give medical advice — please check with your doctor. The full ingredient lists, including the essential oils in each blend, are on every product page.

Where are your products made? Made in the USA, blended by a certified aromatherapist trained at the New York Institute of Aromatic Studies.
